Because of the very high bookstore-quality of our products, the BusinessBookPress.com enjoys an extremely low return-rate for our books, publications, and software, but occasionally a customer wishes to return their purchase. We want all of our customers to be completely happy and accordingly, we offer a conditional 30 day guarantee of satisfaction with our books, publications, and software under the following terms and conditions:
RDS Associates, Inc., doing business as BusinessBookPress.com, will refund the purchase price of any book, publication, or software purchased from us if it's returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in accordance with the details listed below. The details and restrictions of this guarantee are as follows:
Hardcopy Products Postal-Mailed to You:
The book, publication, or software must be undamaged and in good and resalable condition and returned within a 30 day period starting on the date of the order shipment to you.
Although we typically do not offer purchase incentives, if any incentives were provided with the purchase they must also be returned in undamaged and resalable condition.
The refund will be limited to the purchase price of the product only, less a 20% re-stocking fee, and will not include our charge for shipping the book, publication, or software to you or your cost in returning it to us.
We will promptly make a refund (within 48 hours), by a credit to your charge card (if purchased with a charge card) or by company check mailed directly to you.

Customers Outside of the U.S. Please Note: This Guarantee does not apply to purchases made from and shipped/mailed to countries outside of the United States. We have successfully shipped our products to over 80 countries in all parts of the world but we can not assume the responsibility for lost or damaged goods in your country through no fault of our own. Accordingly, the foreign purchaser is hereby notified that all purchases are at their own risk and no refunds of any kind will be made. However, whenever possible, the shipment will be insured to minimize any risk to the customer.
New Editions and/or New Software Versions:
From time to time, we may add new editions of books and/or new software versions for sale on our website. We will not update, upgrade or replace the older edition/version of these products free of charge although we may, at our discretion, offer the latest editions/versions at reduced prices to our past customers. We will try in all instances to alert our customers of a later version that is expected but we can not guarantee that this will always happen for any particular product.
Electronic Download Purchases:
Due to the very nature of electronic downloaded products delivered directly to your computer, they can not be returned. Once you have received the product you will have full access to all of the proprietary and copyrighted information it contains and are free to print it and use it for the purpose intended. Accordingly, no refunds are offered under our Guarantee of satisfaction for our electronic downloaded products.
We have many thousands of very satisfied customers with our download items and are confident you will be fully satisfied as well. Please read the product description carefully to ensure it is the product you want before purchasing it. Also note that all of our download products are bookstore-quality products sold through reputable book and software outlets. These are not cheap information items created only for Internet sales which are sold by some disreputable online sites.
Occassionally some of our customers lose the downloaded files through misplacement on their computer, failure to save the downloaded item to a file on their computer or inadvertent erasure. In these cases, BusinessBookPress.com will resend these download files at no additional cost to you at any time within 90-days after your initial purchase. In fact, we offer a special guarantee:

Some people may be concerned they will somehow lose their downloaded purchase. We have eliminated any worries for you with our "The Dog Ate It" Guarantee. If for any reason within 90 days of your purchase you lose your download, change your computer, or accidentally erase the files, we will resend your download purchase to you free of charge and we will do it as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours!
Our Shipping and Handling Policy:
When ordering online you will use an automated shopping cart system (Americart) which provides you with an encrypted secure online ordering process (Secure Socket Layers - SSL). As part of Americart you may chose your shipping method and the amount you are willing to pay (faster delivery by air costs more than ground delivery options which are significantly slower). The Shipping charge options presented to you by Americart include both a shipping cost and a handling charge. You will never be charged more than the amount indicated for the shipping option you select. Please note that for various reasons including package pickup times, holidays, and other considerations we reserve the right to substitute an alternate shipping method which will always be intended to get your order to you within the timeframe you specified. If the alternate shipping method costs us more you will not be expected to pay more. If the alternate shipping method costs less we will not refund any difference. Of course, we can not guarantee a carrier's performance but FedEx and the U.S. Post Office are very reliable and our experience has been approximately a 98% on-time delivery.
We ship all orders received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time the same day (Monday - Friday). Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday and all holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.
